BuiltSpeak Academy was founded by a dual-ticketed Alberta tradesman with 26 years of experience in welding, pipefitting, construction, and industrial worksites. After decades working alongside crews from different backgrounds, one thing became clear: when communication breaks down, safety, productivity, and confidence suffer.
